Short Friday

Well-being and productivity are two sides of the same coin. At NET Engineering, we’re convinced that it’s essential to have the right spaces for mental and physical recovery to produce excellent architecture and engineering consistently and with dedication; this is what Short Friday means for us. The time available to our clients is not reduced but our internal organisation has changed to ensure they still benefit from our quality.

The introduction of the Short Friday meant a change to working hours, which remain 40 hours a week (9 hours from Monday to Thursday and 4 hours on Friday). It’s an opportunity not only to make NET Engineering people responsible for their time and improve the work-life balance but also to further strengthen work for objectives, irrespective of how the working hours are distributed over the week.
